The following pictures came from The Manning Times Photo Vault, and were also provided courtesy of the Clarendon County Chamber of Commerce, Larry Hewitt, Sam Levy and Santee Cooper Country. They were found at the chamber, and display various Striped Bass Festivals throughout the years. The festival will be held for the 37th year from April 21-23 in downtown Manning and other various places throughout Clarendon County. We will be posting galleries like this one leading up to the festivities.
