The National Weather Service out of Columbia has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Clarendon County and surrounding areas for Friday morning. Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible early Friday as an upper-level system and associated cold front push through the region. The main threat will be damaging wind gusts and possible large hail.
