Scarlett Garris was crowned Tiny Miss Puddin' Swamp Festival 2017 on Saturday at East Clarendon High School in Turbeville. She also came away with an award for Best Smile. Brinkley Richardson was named 1st runner-up, and came away with awards for Best Dressed and Most Photogenic. Paislee McElveen was named 2nd runner-up and came away with awards for Best Hair and Most Beautiful. More winners will be posted throughout the week, along with galleries of contestants. We ask that parents remain patient while we get everyone up.
