Willow Bateman was named 2nd runner-up Saturday afternoon in the Mini Miss Puddin' Swamp Festival Pageant held at East Clarendon High School in Turbeville. More winners will be posted throughout the week, along with galleries of contestants. We ask that parents remain patient while we get everyone up.
