Guilty Pleas: Feb. 6-10

The following pleas were heard during a term of Clarendon County General Sessions court before Judge Thomas W. Cooper Jr. between Feb. 6 and Feb. 10.

Desmond Sebastien Abraham of 3074 Elliot Road in Pinewood pleaded guilty Feb. 8 to manufacturing and possession of another substance in Schedule I-III or flunitrazepam or analogue, first offense, receiving a sentence of 18 months in prison, suspended to time-served and 18 months' probation. According to the Clarendon County Public Court Index, Abraham served one day in the Clarendon County Detention Center after his Dec 18, 2016, arrest.

Harold Antoine Bradley of 1057 Herod Drive in Manning pleaded guilty Feb. 8 to second-degree domestic violence, receiving a sentence of 18 months in prison, suspended to time-served and one year's probation. According to the Clarendon County Public Court Index, Bradley had been at the Clarendon County Detention Center without bond since his Nov. 18, 2016, arrest.

Mark Kristopher Bryant of 646 McMillian Road in Greeleyville pleaded guilty Feb. 9 to pointing and presenting a firearm, receiving a sentence under the Youth Offender Act not to exceed five years, suspended to 30 months' probation. Bryant was originally charged Jan. 17 with attempted murder.

Rantz Andrew Killman of 1191 Levi St. in Manning pleaded guilty Feb. 9 to possession of 28 grams or 1 ounce or less of marijuana or 10 grams or less of hashish, second or subsequent offense, and the manufacture or possession of another substance in Schedule I-III or flunitrazepam or analogue, first offense, receiving one year in prison or the payment of a $250 fine within 90 days.

Jawan Montel Mack of 1867 Patriot Road in Manning pleaded guilty to Feb. 9 to second-degree burglary, non-violent, receiving a sentence of five years in prison, suspended to six months' in prison and 18 months' probation.

Joseph Rubin Mitchum Jr. of 155 Gaddy Court in Sumter pleaded guilty Feb. 8 to receiving stolen goods of a value of $2,000 or less, with enhancement, receiving a sentence of 18 months in prison, suspended to time-served and 30 months' probation. According to the Clarendon County Public Court Index, Mitchum served four days at the Clarendon County Detention Center after his arrest Feb. 25, 2016.

Alexander Porter of 1043 Mickey St. in Turbeville pleaded guilty to forgery of a value less than $10,000, receiving a sentence of three years in prison, suspended to 60 days in jail and two years' probation.

Joe Michael Powers of 2979 Arlen Road in Manning pleaded guilty to forgery of a value less than $10,000, receiving a sentence of five years in prison, suspended to 60 days in jail and three years' probation.

Lester E. Stafford of 38 Islander Court in Murrells Inlet pleaded guilty Feb. 10 to obtaining a signature or property under false pretenses of a value greater than $2,000 and less than $10,000, receiving a sentence of 18 months in prison, suspended to time-served and 18 months' probation.
