A 33-year-old Manning man told the Manning Police Department about 12:05 a.m. Jan. 8 that a 53-year-old Manning man pushed him and punched him during an argument at a home on Darlington Street where the alleged suspect lives.
A woman living in the home said that the alleged suspect asked the younger man to leave the home several times, and that the younger man refused. She told police she also heard the younger man make several threats to the alleged suspect before and after the altercation.
Police reported that the alleged victim admitted that he had refused to leave the home, but that he had made no threats toward the older male.
