MT. PLEASANT - Dr. Asbury Cecil Bozard Jr., husband of Jane Barrie Bozard, died peacefully Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016, at his home.
Born Oct. 21, 1938, in Kingstree, he was a son of the late Dr. Asbury Cecil Bozard and Ashton Plowden Bozard
Survivors besides his wife of Mt. Pleasant include a son, Asbury Cecil Bozard III (Katie) of Denver, Colorado; a daughter, Laura Mood Richardson (Trey) of Roswell, Georgia; two granddaughters, Amanda Richardson and Katie Richardson, both of Roswell; and a brother, Dr. Henry P. "Mutt" Bozard (Lynne) of Manning.
A small graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2016, at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Florence.
