Clarendon County Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Chairman Tommy Geddings recognized Harold Allan during the commission’s meeting Nov. 15 for his 30 years of dedicated service to the agency.

“Allan has been an asset to Clarendon Behavioral Health Services and has been instrumental in assisting clients in recovering,” Geddings said.

Allan said the agency has played a major role in his own sobriety, and that it “helped change my life.”

“I will always be eternally grateful for the services I received through the Clarendon County Commission,” he said.
