The National Weather Service said Clarendon County may receive more than 10 inches of rain during Hurricane Matthew's trek alongside the South Carolina coast.
The latest was released at 8 p.m., and shows that Matthew has retained its status as a Category 2, and that wind gusts could get to 50 mph in our area.
