ELGIN - Timothy Milliner, husband of Jeanette Parrot Milliner died Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016, in Elgin.
Born Sept. 21, 1970, in Newark, N.J., he was a son of Margaret Gibson Milliner and the late Claude Milliner.
The family will receive friends at the home, 2575 Equinox Ave. in Dalzell, and the home of his mother, Margaret Gibson Milliner, 5810 Wedgefield Road in Wedgefield.
Funeral services are incomplete and will be announced by Fleming and DeLaine Funeral Home and Chapel of Manning.
