A 41-year-old woman living in the 100 block of Nelson Circle in Manning told the Manning Police Department about 9:32 a.m. Aug. 20 that a 32-year-old Manning woman "used a sharp object of some sort" to puncture and pierce a hole in a bounce house that the victim had rented for a birthday party that day.
Police reported that the suspect fled the home before they arrived.
Total damages were reportedly $500.
