A 41-year-old Manning man was charged recently by the Sumter County Sheriff's Office with reckless driving after a woman was allegedly injured after falling from a vehicle the suspect was driving.
Shannon Allen Pack, 41, of 1334 Laurens Ave. in Manning, was arrested July 22 shortly after the woman fell from the vehicle. She was treated at a Columbia hospital and treated three days later.
Reports indicated that the woman suffered a broken eye socket and severe road rash.
