Rock Hill Missionary Baptist Church Pastor Leon Winn, second vice-chair of the South Carolina Republican Party and president of United People Pushing for Progress, will host We Are One from 1-4 p.m. July 29 at J.C. Britton Park in Manning.
This will be for all first responders, including city police, sheriff's deputies, firefighters, EMS, Highway Patrol personnel, DNR personnel and the community to be united as one.

Inviting all to become one in the community, with the community invited to a fish fry from 1-4 p.m. July 29 at J.C. Britton Park in Manning.
