Almost 200,000 pounds of frozen chicken and beef entrees have been recalled by ConAgra Foods due to possible contamination with metal. The products are select varieties of plastic bagged meal packages of P.F. Chang’s Home Menu chicken and beef. The recall was issued after metal fragments were discovered in a sauce used in multiple entrees. There have been no reports of injury or illness associated with the products, and consumers who have purchased them are urged to throw away or return them.
