Pinewood woman arrested on drug charges during Sumter County sting

A 54-year-old Pinewood woman was one of four suspects arrested recently during a Sumter County Sheriff's Office sting that targeted illegal drug activity in that county. Annette Regina Dupree-Lucki of 8853 Governor Richardson Road in Pinewood was charged with six counts of distribution of heroin and one count of possession of heroin during the sting, which also involved the serving of 14 arrest warrants, Sumter County Sheriff's Office spokesman Ken Bell said. Bell noted that the entire operation led to the seizure of heroin, marijuana, crack cocaine, cocaine, methamphetamine and $6,100 in counterfeit goods that included sneakers and shirts. Also arrested were Nicole Elaine Cutter, 30, of 894 Coachman Drive East in Sumter, charged with distribution of methamphetamine, trafficking methamphetamine from 10-28 grams, and possession of crack cocaine; Romero Dasean Davis, 24, of 2655 Thomas Sumter Highway in Dalzell, charged with distribution of crack cocaine; and Dakota Alexis West, 25, of 133 W. Patricia Drive in Sumter, charged with contraband, possession of marijuana and possession of crack cocaine.
