The National Weather Service out of Columbia has issued a hazardous weather outlook for the midlands of South Carolina, including Clarendon County, calling for scattered heavy thunderstorms throughout the day Tuesday. The outlook calls for heavy rainfall throughout the Clarendon County area periodically throughout the day.
