Pinewood man wanted by Myrtle Beach police for attempted murder

The Myrtle Beach Police Department is currently searching for a Pinewood man accused of shooting another man at a Myrtle Beach hotel before fleeing the scene.

Shaylan Charvoris Isaac of Pinewood is wanted by the MBPD on a charge of attempted murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. According to a release from the department, Isaac allegedly shot a victim at the Holiday Sands Hotel in Myrtle Beach and then fled the scene. A co-defendant is in custody, reports indicate.

Isaac is considered armed and dangerous, police reported. The Sumter County Sheriff's Office is aiding in the search.

Isaac is described as a black male, with black hair and brown eeyes, weighing 173 pounds and standing 6-foot-4.
