Locals graduate from Clemson

Nine Clarendon natives were part of more than 3,200 students who received degrees May 7 from Clemson University during graduation ceremonies at Bon Secours Wellness Arenea in Greenville. Graduates included Manning natives Allison Leigh Page, bachelor of science in microbiology; Lauren Taylor Stukes, master of arts in professional communication; Cheri Ward Tisdale, master of science in biological sciences; and Anton Francis Wielicki II, bachelor of science in agricultural mechanization and business. Also included were Summerton residents Alaina Leigh Belser, bachelor of science in health science; Nicholas Christopher Craven, bachelor of science in biological sciences; and Hope Junious, bachelor of science in health science. Turbeville native Whitney Renea Thigpen also graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in health science.
