A 34-year-old Manning woman told the Manning Police Department about 4 p.m. April 1 that an unknown individual charged about $1,000 to her credit card for orthodontic services in Columbia about Feb. 16, 2016.
Ultimately, the office was able to identify the person using the card as a 25-year-old Vance woman.
The victim was advised to seek a warrant.
