The Clarendon Branch of the NAACP will host its annual commemorative celebration of the historic Briggs v. Elliott case which led to the end of nationwide school segregation this weekend, with a parade and festival starting at noon Saturday, and a worship service at 4 p.m. Sunday at Historic Liberty Hill AME Church.
