The Monarchs traveled Tuesday afternoon to Hartsville to face the Red Foxes in the last regional golf match of the season. Hartsville won the match 157 to Manning’s 184. The conditions of Hartsville Country Club caused the Monarch to post some of their highest scores of the season. Scoring for the Monarchs was McArthur Bennett and Hunter White with 44, Robert Dykes with 46 and Jacob Richburg with 50. Manning will host Hartsville, Darlington and Marlboro County next Wednesday for the AAA Region 6 Tournament at Wyboo Golf Course before heading to the Lower State Tournament in Hilton Head the following week.
