Olivia Ashley Bodenheimer was crowned Baby Miss Striped Bass Festival 2016 on Saturday night at Weldon Auditorium in Manning. Savannah Jeannette Haley was the 1st runner up, while Kenna Grace Eason was the 2nd runner up. Savannah was given the Most Photogenic Award during the pageant.
