Haleigh Marie Anderson was crowned Miss Striped Bass Festival 2016 on Saturday night at Weldon Auditorium in Manning. Christian Wells Hussey was named 1st runner up, while Gabrielle Hill was 2nd runner up. Anderson was also given the Most Photogenic Award.
