Identity released for Friday wreck victim

The Clarendon County Coroner's Office said early Sunday that a Raleigh, North Carolina, man was killed in a wreck at the 102 southbound mile-marker on Interstate 95 about 10:07 p.m. Friday. Deputy Coroner Charles Jackson identified the man as 24-year-old Andrew Adolf Balamoun. Sgt. Bob Beres with the S.C. Highway Patrol said that Balamoun was driving a Honda Accord which struck the rear of a tow truck driven by a 63-year-old man. The tow truck company's name was not released. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts. The wreck is still under investigation.
