The Cypress Foundation will host its first silent auction March 18, accompanied by beautiful music by the Sandlapper Singers at the next Cypress After 5 concert.
Items in the auction include a hunting expedition, paintings from local artists, an oceanfront Myrtle Beach get-away, a carved wooden bowl, jewelry and more.
Concert goers can bid on items before the concert and during intermission, with results announced at the end. Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted.
All proceeds benefit the foundation, which supports many worthwhile health initiatives at Clarendon Memorial Hospital and in the community.
