A 28-year-old woman working at a restaurant on Sunset Drive in Manning told the Manning Police Department about 10:43 a.m. Jan. 11 that a 53-year-old Manning woman threw a cup of tea at her about 10:30 a.m. that day.
The employee said the woman had purchased a water cup and began filling the cup with tea, and when the employee approached her about it, the woman "threw the cup at (the employee) and tried to hit (the employee) with her bag."
The suspect was put on trespass notice for the restaurant.
