Snow could be in Manning Saturday, no accumulation expected

The National Weather Service out of Columbia are calling for a 40-percent chance of snow before 9 a.m. Saturday, with a 70 percent chance of rain thereafter. It will be mostly cloudy with a high near 39. Winds will be northwest from 10-16 mph. Little to no snow accumulation is expected, however. Rain is likely throughout Friday and into the early morning hours Saturday before any snow should start.
