Loraine Tucker Bagnal, 72, wife of William Edward Bagnal Sr., died Sunday, Jan. 3, 2016, at Clarendon Memorial Hospital.

Born June 12, 1943, in Manning, she was a daughter of the late James Henry Tucker and Evelyn Corbett White. She was a member of Union United Methodist Church at Wilson and the Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by her husband of Manning; two sons, William E. “Billy” Bagnal Jr. (Norma Jean) of Clarksville, Tennessee, and James C. “Cliff” Bagnal (Stacey) of Manning; three daughters, Connie Bagnal Gibbons (Kent) of Turbeville and Lisa Bagnal Anderson (Bruce) and Libby Bagnal, both of Manning; a brother, James “Buddy” Tucker of Manning; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Craig Bagnal.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2016, at Union United Methodist Church at Wilson, with the Rev. Wallace Culp and the Rev. Wright Turbeville officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

J.C. Bagnal, Troy Bagnal, Taylor Foster, Don Holladay, Mac Bagnal and David Bagnal will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016, at Stephens Funeral Home, and other times at the home, 2939 Flinn Road in Manning.
