Mr. Biggs is an almost 4-year-old male Bulldog mix. He gets along with other dogs and enjoys the company of others. He loves to be brushed and play with balls. He is current on his shots, is heartworm negative and has been neutered. He needs a good forever home where he get lots of attention.
