A 28-year-old Summerton woman told the Manning Police Department about 1:10 p.m. Dec. 7 that a 26-year-old Summerton woman continues to walk past a building in the 1900 block of Paxville Highway in Manning, harassing her. The alleged victim also told police that she has been hearing from other people that the alleged suspect wanted to "beat her a--" when she saw her.
