GREELEYVILLE - Robert Bernard "Tex" Woods, 59, died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015, at his home, 1837 Eddie Woods Road in Greeleyville.
Born Jan. 12, 1956, in Greeleyville, he was a son of Albertha Scott Woods Miller and the late Eddie Woods Sr. He was a stepson of Sellers Miller.
Celebratory services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 21, 2015, at St. James Missionary Baptist Church in Greeleyville, with the Rev. Johnny Williams officiating, the Rev. Sam Giles presiding and the Rev. Charles Smith, the Rev. John Kennedy and the Rev. Paul Sharpe assisting. Burial will follow in the churchyard cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the home of Deloris Wilson Woods, 180 Mt. Royal Loop in Greeleyville.
Services have been entrusted to Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
