PINEWOOD - David Eugene Johnson, 57, husband of Malisa Geist Johnson, died Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015, at Palmetto Health Richland hospital in Columbia.
Born in Manning, he was a son of the late Cecil H. Johnson Sr. and Stella Ardis Johnson. Mr. Johnson was a retired farmer.
Survivors besides his wife of Columbia include three brothers, C.B. Johnson of Manning, James Leonard Johnson (Susie) of West Columbia and Harold B. Johnson (Linda) of Sumter.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Josie Lee Hudson; and a brother, Cecil H. Johnson Jr.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, 2015, in Pinewood Cemetery, with the Rev. Bennie Barwick officiating.
