An otherwise routine speeding stop late Friday night turned into a chase, an early morning manhunt and ended with three arrests Saturday morning. Sheriff Randy Garrett said Kevin Mack will be charged with failure to stop for blue light, and that two other suspects were also arrested after a deputy attempted to stop Mack on Bloomville Road. "Deputies chased them by car all the way to the end of Bloomville Road at Raccoon Road," Garrett said. "The three jumped out, and it turned into a foot chase. Two of the suspects were caught within an hour-and-a-half." Mack was arrested about 3 a.m. Saturday. "Mack was our main guy, the driver and he has a history," Garrett said. Manninglive.com will have more information when a report is available. All three suspects are currently detained at the Clarendon County Detention Center.
