A Miller small-wire welder valued at $1,000; two Stihl chainsaws valued at $600 each; a Kobalt 100-piece metric and standard socket set valued at $200; and a Husqvarna back pack blower valued at $500 were reportedly stolen from a home in the 1200 block of Scott Lake Road in Summerton sometime before 8:14 a.m. Nov. 6. The home’s 47-year-old owner told deputies with the Clarendon County Sheriff’s Office that when he went outside his home that morning, he noticed that the lock on his shed was still in place, but that the metal bracket was cut in two.
