Gilbert Raymond, 80, husband of Linda Ann Marcotte Raymond, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015, at Tuomey Regional Medical Center.
Born Dec. 18, 1934, in Fall River, Massachusetts, he was a son of the late Antone Raymond and Mary Soares Raymond. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church.
Survivors besides his wife of Manning include a sister-in-law, Margaret R. Medeiros (Joseph) of Manning; a brother-in-law, Peter Marcotte of Manning; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015, at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, with Father Maximino Tria Jr. officiating.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, 2015, at Stephens Funeral Home.
