Robert Pearson, 86, husband of Hester Ragin Pearson died Sunday, Oct. 11, 2015 at his home.
Born Dec. 8, 1928, in Manning, he was a son of the late Cicero Pearson and Essie Walters Pearson.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, 2015, at Laurel Hill AME Church in Summerton, with the Rev. Marie Harvin officiating. Minister Antonio Green will preside, assisted by the Rev. Rommie Williams, the Rev. Ronnie Brown and the Rev. Jervine Johnson.
Burial will follow in Summerton Cemetery in Davis Station.
Mr. Pearson will lie in repose for an hour prior to services.
The family will receive friends at the home, 1915 M.W. Rickenbaker Road in Manning.
