Interstate 95 remains opened to LOCAL SOUTH BOUND TRAFFIC ONLY from I-26 in Orangeburg to Exit 119. Northbound is closed.
It remains opened to LOCAL NORTH BOUND TRAFFIC ONLY FROM EXIT 132 to I-20 in Florence.
The interstate remains closed to ALL TRAFFIC from Exit 119 to Exit 132, including medical personnel.
