95 still closed, state-maintained roads list closure updated

The state Department of Transportation has once again released an update on state-maintained roads within Clarendon County. This includes Interstate 95, whose status has not changed from the previous update. It remains closed from Manning to Turbeville to all traffic, including medical personnel. It is open to local traffic on southbound lanes from Orangeburg to Manning. It is open to northbound local traffic only from Turbeville to Florence County.
