Manning Mayor Julia Nelson will make herself available from 9-11 a.m. Oct. 10 to city residents and business owners at City Hall to provide an opportunity for the public to express their concerns and ideas regarding the city of Manning. Those wishing to schedule an appointment with Nelson should call Daun Davis at (803) 435-8477, ext. 5121, by 5 p.m. Oct. 9. Residents with appointments should enter City Hall at the North Mill Street entrance.
