Nicole Denise Johnson, 34, died Sunday, May 17, 2015, at Palmetto Health Richland hospital in Columbia.
Born Aug. 12, 1980, in Bronx, New York, she was a daughter of Jerry and Pearly Rose Dyson Johnson.
The family will receive friends at the home of her mother, Pearly Rose Johnson, 1190 Rapid Edge Trail in Summerton.
