Harold Lee Williams, 76, died Saturday, April 25, 2015.

Born July 21, 1938, he was a son of the late Lenney King and Maebell Young Stukes. He was raised by his great-grandparents, Doc Allen and Naomi Deanna Fulton Williams. He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Goodwill Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Wilbert and Johnny Stukes; and two sisters, Evangelist Willie Mae Thompson and Geraldine Henry.

Survivors include four sisters, Florene Simon of Troy, N.Y., Hester Brogdon of Manning, and Helen King and Gracie King, both of New Jersey; a brother, Deacon (Pastor Eleanor) Stukes of Manning; and a brother-in-law, Deacon Amos Henry of Manning.

A pubic viewing will be held 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2015, at the funeral home.

Funeral services for Harold Lee Williams will be held 2 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2015, at Goodwill Freewill Baptist Church, 13929 Goodwill Church Road in Manning, with the Rev. Elder Renel Trevol, pastor, officiating, assisted by Elder James Thompson, Evangelist Deborah Trevol and Elder Dathan R. Stukes.

Burial will follow in the churchyard cemetery.

The family of Harold Lee Williams will receive friends at the home of his brother and sister-in-law, Deacon George and Pastor Eleanor Stukes, 119 W. Huggins St. in Manning.

Services have been entrusted to Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
