A 49-year-old man living in the 1300 block of Challenger Court in Summerton told deputies with the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office about 3:27 p.m. April 17 that someone drove onto his property and drove through his yard and garden that he had planted, breaking a sprinkler and water hose and causing about $200 in damages, sometime between 7 a.m. and the time of his complaint. The man told deputies that he was inside his home and that he heard someone come into his yard, but he thought they were just turning around.
