Man bails on towing company after employee unlocks car

A 53-year-old employee of a Manning towing company told the Manning Police Department about 10:57 p.m. April 12 that a 24-year-old Manning man called to have his car unlocked and then jumped in his car without paying for the service, which was about $85. The victim said the incident happened in the 100 block of Major Drive in Manning about 10 p.m. the day of his complaint. He said the car was a dark green LTD driven by a 6-foot-tall black male weighing about 172 pounds.
