Driggers honored by state Office of Victim Assistance

The state Office of Victim Assistance recognized Ann Hall Driggers Tuesday in Columbia, presenting her with an award for Outstanding Service to the Underserved Victims for her work with the Jordan Crossroad Ministries Haven of Rest, a shelter for victims of domestic violence and their children that she founded in the mid-2000s.
