A 56-year-old Manning man put on trespass notice Jan. 9 for a home in the first block of Pinestraw Lane in Manning has allegedly been ignoring the order, both cleaning windows of a home on the property and checking the 82-year-old owner's mail. The owner told the Manning Police Department that the suspect has been advised not to come on her property, not to go in her mailbox and not to do yard work for her anymore. The woman said that the suspect came in mid-March, cleaned her windows and then left a voicemail message demanding $80 for the work. The woman declined to have the suspect arrested at the time of her complaint, but asked police to serve him with another trespass notice.
