A Sumter County Magistrate judge granted a surety bond Friday morning for James Laverne Lowery, the 44-year-old Gable man accused of vandalizing a chicken house in Sumter and 16 in Clarendon County.
Lowery was granted a $27,120 surety bond on charges of second-degree burglary and malicious injury to personal property at the Sumter-Lee Regional Detention Center.
