Isaac Joseph Baughman granted $50,000 surety bond

A 26-year-old man charged Dec. 5, 2014, in the shooting death of his estranged wife's 19-year-old brother was granted a $50,000 surety bond Wednesday in Clarendon County general sessions court Circuit Court Judge Howard P. King granted Isaac Joseph Baughman II, 26, of 1187 Raider Drive in Manning, the bond on the condition that Baughman live with his mother should he gain release from the Clarendon County Detention Center. Stephen Hunter Brown of 1362 Savage Road in Manning was pronounced dead early Dec. 5 at Clarendon Memorial Hospital from a gunshot wound to the head, according to Clarendon County Coroner Hayes F.
