A report posted March 22 on manninglive.com gave the wrong information about a 28-year-old woman charged during an incident March 12 with the Manning Police Department with driving under suspension, second offense. According to reports, Shelika Richburg of Manning was the driver of a car allegedly stopped by Cpl. W.B. Secrist II because her Toyota sedan had no license plate light. Secrist reported a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, and located two plastic bags of suspected marijuana in the vehicle's middle console during a search. Manninglive.com reported Richburg got out of the car and pulled a $5 bill out of her vagina that was filled with a quantity of suspected cocaine. However, reports state that a passenger in the vehicle performed such an act. That passenger was charged with possession of cocaine, first offense. The Manning Times and manninglive.com regrets the error.
