The owner of a liquor store in the 300 block of South Mill Street in Manning told the Manning Police Department about 10:18 a.m. March 21 that a 54-year-old woman had been soliciting money outside of his store. The woman told police that the store owner had refused to take her money and told her to leave and not come back. The owner said it was not the first time the woman solicited money outside the store, and he asked to have her put on trespass notice.
