Manning High School sophomore Quadri Bell was named the South Carolina Future Business Leaders of America state president during the state conference held Friday and Saturday in Columbia. A team of Bell, Alexius O. Dingle, Laura Beth Thigpen and Nathaniel Devitt placed first in Parliamentary Procedure, and Jabril Wilson placed first in business math. Anders Land was a Top 5 finisher, and Manning High School had the largest membership in the state among AAA schools.
